Bharat H. Shah is a Senior Chartered Accountant and started his practice in the year 1987. He is the founder partner of the firm Bharat H. Shah & Co. As an accountancy expert he has been advising the clients on implementation of prescribed financial reporting framework based on statutory requirements under various statues. As a tax expert he has represented several clients before Income Tax authorities. He has kept his finger on the economy pulse and his foresight has immensely helped clients be ready for changes in economic laws. As an expert of corporate & allied laws he has advised corporate clients from the point of planning, inception, compliance for statutory matters. He has an experience of about 30 years in the field of Project Finance, Auditing, Income Tax, Company Law works as well as IPO related activity. He has carried out audit of private companies, listed companies, firms and Government organizations. He has carried out Revenue audits, Concurrent audits, Statutory Audits, Inspection Audits or Stock Inspection of clients for and on behalf of Nationalized Banks from time to time.

He has also handled number of projects for getting Term Loan or Working Capital finance through Nationalized Banks, SFCS or KVIC since last 30 years. He also involves in Income Tax matters of his clients including filing of returns till Scrutiny matters.

Priyanka Shah is the partner of Bharat H. Shah & Co. She worked as an Article under Bharat H. Shah & Co. for 3 years & now she is practicing as a chartered Accountant along with Mr. Bharat H. Shah since last 12 years. She is involved in the work of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Indirect Taxation and Direct Taxation. She has an experience Audit of Statutory Audit of Banks, Co-op Banks as well as Non-Profit Organizations. She does department representation in direct taxation matters at assessment level.
